KENDALL DEXTER
President and Founder
A native of Mobile, Kendall Dexter is a graduate of the University of South Alabama and owner of Employers’ Administrative Services Inc., a payroll company that serves Mobile and Baldwin counties.
Kendall is past president and current board member of the Mobile County Wildlife and Conservation Association. In 2010, Kendall started the Poker Run, a day of adventure and socializing at swamp camps in the Mobile-Tensaw Delta. Kendall and his wife, Amanda, have two daughters.

A native of Mobile, Corinne earned her MBA and BS in Accounting from Spring Hill College, graduating Magnum Cum Laude. She then embarked on a career in public and private accounting, and, immediately prior to coming to Employers', spent 5 years as Finance Director for a local non-profit company.
Corinne and her husband, Barney, enjoy spending time together with their 2 young-adult children, Mattie and Russell, along with their dogs. Corinne also enjoys baking, cooking, and hand embroidery.
JENNIFER ORSO
Payroll Specialist
Jennifer Orso is a payroll specialist with a decade of experience. She is a strong believer in team work. “Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything I do, both professionally and personally.” Jennifer Orso graduated from Faulkner University of Mobile with a degree in counseling psychology. When not working, Jennifer enjoys a good Netflix binge but can also be found at the beach when weather permits.

Katherine Hagan graduated from the University of Alabama and has been with Employers Payrolls for two years.
She and her husband, Gregg are expecting their first child this summer! When not working, Katherine enjoys gardening, antiquing, and spending time with her friends.
MONICA SMITH
Accounting Assistant, Benefits Administrator, and Payroll Specialist
Monica Smith is a seasoned professional in accounting and payroll with a strong background in financial operations, payroll processing, benefits administration, and client support. With a Bachelor of Business Administration and extensive experience across the accounting field, she expertly manages daily bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, workers’ compensation, and insurance benefits with precision and care.
Outside of work, Monica is a proud homeschooling mom of two boys and a devoted soccer mom. She loves cooking and baking, spending time at the beach, and embracing the flexibility of her professional life to support her busy and rewarding family life.
